React Quiz Component
ExamplesBasics

Immediate start

Start a quiz immediately without a landing screen.

Props demonstrated: disableSynopsis. Every example also supplies the required quiz prop.

Try the quiz

The first question is ready as soon as this preview loads. Answer both questions to see the built-in results.

How it works

disableSynopsis skips the entire landing screen. Without it, users start the quiz with the Start Quiz button.

Implementation

Install react-quiz-component, then copy this component and the quiz.ts data file into the same directory. Quiz loads its own stylesheet automatically. The preview mounts in the browser; Next.js applications should use a client boundary.

immediate-start.tsx
'use client';
import Quiz from 'react-quiz-component';
import { quiz } from './quiz';

export default function ImmediateStartExample() {
  return <Quiz quiz={quiz} disableSynopsis />;
}
